智利大学（西班牙文：Universidad de Chile）是一所设于智利首都圣地亚哥的大学，成立于1843年。其是环太平洋大学联盟、国际公立大学论坛、Universitas 21等著名高校联盟的成员，“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟成员，是美洲历史最悠久、拉丁美洲最有名望的大学之一。为丰富学生国际课程学习资源，我校与智利大学合作，2023秋季学期智利大学向我校学生开放课程，学生可在线实时参与学习。

环太平洋大学联盟简称APRU，是由环太平洋地区各国的顶级研究型大学组成的高校联盟。1997年由美国加州理工学院、加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校、加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校和南加利福尼亚大学四所大学的校长共同发起，我校也是其成员之一。

根据国家留学基金管理委员会（以下简称国家留学基金委）与加拿大Mitacs关于合作开展本科生实习的谅解备忘录，2024年国家留学基金委将选派200名优秀在读本科生赴加拿大高校开展科研实习。

Org. Setting and ReportingThis position is located in the Office of the Victims' Rights Advocate (OVRA). The mandate of the Victims' Rights Advocate was created as part of the four-pronged strategy set out in the 2017 report of the Secretary-General to the General Assembly on special measures on protection from sexual exploitation and abuse: a new approach (A/71/818). Its mandate is directed to ensuring that the rights and dignity of victims are at the forefront of all elements of the United Nations system-wide response to sexual exploitation and abuse alleged to be perpetrated by United Nations uniformed or civilian personnel and non-United Nations troops serving under a Security Council mandate. The intern will support the work of the Office of the Victims' Rights Advocate and work under the supervision of the Human Rights Officer. The internship is for an initial period of three months, with an opportunity for extension up to a total period of six months. This internship opportunity is designed to be full-time and in person. Upon the intern’s request the internship may also be offered remotely or in part-time.ResponsibilitiesWithin the delegated authority, the Political Affairs intern will perform the following duties:• Conduct research and analysis on matters of concern to the work of the VRA.• Prepare ad hoc short policy papers on topics related to the VRA's mandate.• Draft or contribute to the drafting of notes, background papers, talking points, speeches and other materials in the area of responsibility.• Attend and take notes of the proceedings of meetings and conferences.• Provide support for meetings of the Senior Victims’ Rights Officers and Victims’ Rights Focal Points.• Assist in communication and public information activities and outreach.• Perform other related duties as assigned.EducationTo qualify for an internship with the United Nations Internship Programme, the following conditions must be met:Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:(1) Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or(2) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent).

2023世界慕课与在线教育大会拟于2023年12月7日至9日在意大利米兰清华大学中意基地举行。本次会议由世界慕课与在线教育联盟和联合国教科文组织教育信息技术研究所共同主办，主题为“创新引领更加优质公平的高等教育数字化转型”。

9月2日，印尼外交政策协会（FPCI）将再次与多国智库携手，发起2023年全球智库大会（Global Town Hall 2023）。本次线上智库大会主题为“这也是我们的世界：民间社会的北-南-东-西对话（This is Our World Too: A North-South-East-West Dialogue of Civil Societies）”，并设11个专题讨论会，议题覆盖地缘政治动态、气候变化、人工智能、妇女赋权等。清华大学战略与安全研究中心（CISS）作为本次大会的智力合作伙伴机构，为不同的分组讨论提供发言嘉宾人选推荐。
